Music Palette currently offers private lessons in Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Violin (Suzuki and Traditional), Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion, Voice, Theory and Composition, and many school band instruments.
Lessons are tailored to the individual learning style and skill level of each student. Tuition prices are based on 30, 45, and 60 minute lessons. New students will be given an interview to determine the skill level and goals of the student. We welcome young students as well as adults!
On Lesson Day
Please be on time and prepared with lesson materials. Parents are welcome to sit in on lessons anytime. Students may sit quietly in the reception area and read or do homework until their lesson time.
Recitals and Performance Opportunities
There is a winter and spring recital for family and friends to attend.
Additional performance opportunities include: The National Piano Guild Auditions, Scale Olympics, "Out and About" Performances and Graves Solo and Ensemble Recitals. Students are encouraged to participate in some of these additional opportunities.
Tuition incorporates weekly lessons, two recitals, curriculum planning, studio correspondence, and general studio materials. Tuition is prepaid monthly. Each student will be billed separately for student materials and performance participation fees as needed.

What we offer:
Lessons are tailored to the individual learning style and skill level of each student. We offer weekly 35-minute or 50-minute lessons, and custom packages are available upon request.
A 35-minute “meet and greet” online meeting is required before we proceed with lessons. The cost for this meeting is $30, and payment must be received prior to the lesson. We’ll go over details, suggest books, and answer any questions you have!
What you’ll need to know ahead of time:
Students are responsible to purchase books or downloaded music and worksheets for themselves and their teacher before the first scheduled online lesson. If your teacher already has the book or music, this won’t be necessary.
We give you our best, and the practice is where you come in! We’ll help you with tips and advice for setting up a successful practice routine.
